They govern your access to our website, our AI-assisted crypto trading software, and any related tools, content or support (together, the "Services").

You may use the Services only if you are at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and are not prohibited from using financial or digital-asset services under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you live. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services is lawful where you are located.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must notify us without undue delay if you suspect unauthorised access. We may ask you to verify your identity before providing certain features.
4. Description of the Services
Petrel Wertium provides software that monitors Bitcoin and Ethereum markets and can display analytical signals, risk controls and configurable settings. The Services are provided for informational and operational purposes. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
5. No guarantee of returns
Nothing on the website or within the platform constitutes a promise, guarantee or forecast of profit. Figures shown in any calculator, simulator or example are illustrative only, are based on assumptions you may change, and do not reflect actual or future results. Digital-asset prices can fall as well as rise, and you may lose some or all of the capital you commit. You accept sole responsibility for your trading decisions.
6. Fees
Any fees, charges or subscription costs will be displayed before you confirm a purchase or activate a paid feature. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Third-party costs, including network fees, exchange charges and bank charges, are not controlled by us and are payable in addition to our fees.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the operation of the platform, reverse engineer our software except where the law permits, scrape content at scale, use the Services for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose, or impersonate another person or organisation.
8. Intellectual property
All software, text, graphics, logos, trade marks and other materials on the Services are owned by Petrel Wertium or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, lawful purposes. No other rights are granted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Petrel Wertium is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or trading losses arising from market movements or your decisions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
10. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law or a regulatory authority, or if we reasonably suspect fraud, market abuse or security risks. On termination, accrued rights and obligations survive, and provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes

The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence.
